Anne Capps brings over three decades of experience in commercial finance, factoring, and banking. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Business Financing Group Manager at American Bank, N.A., where she was instrumental in establishing and leading a new factoring business line. Her expertise includes strategic planning, risk mitigation, portfolio management, and client relationship development. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership positions at Veritex Community Bank, Green Bank, American Receivable Corporation, and American Growth Finance, where she played a pivotal role in operational management and business expansion.

Russell Duckworth joins Interstate Business Capital with a strong background in factoring and commercial finance. With over 20 years of experience, he has held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Financing at Veritex Community Bank and Senior Factoring Business Development Officer at American Bank, N.A. His expertise in accelerating cash flow, reducing accounts receivable aging, and helping businesses optimize working capital will be invaluable to Interstate Business Capital’s clients.
